Children's Activities

• Kid Adventure/Forest Adventure: a succession of activities takes you through the trees via bridges, tarzan ropes, ladders nets and Tyrolians. The Kid Adventure is a scaled down version of the adults' Forest Adventure - great fun and exhausting!

• Merlet Animal Park: a beautiful 20 hectare park dedicated to mountain animal conservation. The park allows observation of mountain animals in their natural surroundings including ibex, chamois and marmot.
• St Bernard Breeding Kennels: these kennels based in Les Houches are the principle alpine centre for St Bernard dogs.
• The Donkey Company: donkeys have long been used in the alps and you can discover the countryside of Les Houches in their company.
• Environmental Awareness: each week the agency for the study and management of the environment hold ecology workshops for children to inform of the importance of protecting the environment.
• Activity Weeks: Local guiding companies offer multi-activity weeks for children including activities such as mountain biking, climbing, white water rafting, hiking with donkeys and adventure assault courses.
